Donna Marie Sicuranza, former resident of Mt. Vernon and New Rochelle, passed away March 10, 2017 at age 74. She was born March 24, 1942 to Dominic & Felicia Russillo. After losing her mother at a young age, she was raised with the love of her father and dedicated grandparents in Pelham.

Donna graduated from St. Catherine’s School and Good Counsel Academy. She worked for Walker Studios and later the Bank of NY in Bronxville for more than 20 years, retiring in 2007 as Assistant Manager.

In 1960 she married her devoted husband, Angelo. Together they enjoyed travel and visited many destinations which included Italy, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. Donna’s favorite times were spent in Southampton where the family had a second home. She is fondly described as a selfless, beautiful and gentle woman who provided unconditional love to her family and friends.

They also recall her love of cooking, shopping and gardening. Donna leaves behind her beloved husband, her cherished daughters, Mena Popoli (Pat), Angela Nannariello (John) and Teresa Youngs (Peter) and 10 loving grandchildren.

A celebration of Donna’s life will take place on Wednesday 3-8pm at The Pelham Funeral Home, 64 Lincoln Avenue, 914-738-1060. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday 10am at St. Catherine’s Church followed by interment at Gate of Heaven.
